Waukee is a bit more fun now! About 50 BIRD electric scooters are now available to rent to roll around Waukee. You have to download the BIRD app to rent the scooters. The City of Waukee will revisit how the scooter program is going in the Fall. They don't foresee adding more than the 50 because they don't want the scooters to be all over the place. They, also, encourage users to not block trails and roads when parking the BIRD scooters. Have fun!
