Al Laudencia of Big Al's BBQ in Adel and West Des Moines was featured on Live with Kelly & Ryan's "Hometown Chef's Summer Cooking" segment this morning. Al showed America how he makes his incredible smoked brisket. He, also, talked about how he and his crew fed over 10,000 free meals to truck drivers, front line workers and others who needed it, during the pandemic.
