How great would this competition be? The World Cheese competition. It's a thing and it was held this week. Really, the only reason i'm even telling you about this is because 1. it's a fun little curious bit of trivia and 2. I love the name of the winning cheese.
The previous winner was the first American winner, a blue cheese called Rogue River Blue.
