Never a dull moment in the DSM! Did you get caught in traffic in Beaverdale Tuesday afternoon? Apparently, some horses got free and interrupted traffic near MLK and Prospect Road!
According to a report on KCCI, generally horses are not allowed in the City of Des Moines, but there are some exceptions.
