This movie is about ATARI KOBAYASHI, who lost his dog because an Executive Decree was made that all dogs in Megasaki City are exiled to a vast garbage-dump called Trash Island.
Atari sets off alone & flies across the river in search of his dog, Spots. There, with the assistance of a pack of newly-found mongrel friends, he tries to find his best friends.
