Have you ever gotten one of those Facebook or email messages inviting you to participate in a gift exchange? The premise is that you send ONE $10 gift to ONE person, known or unknown to you, and you will get 6 - 36 gifts in exchange. The Better Business Bureau says don't do it. They say anything that asks your to participate with money in exchange for receiving a substantial return on investment is a pyramid scam and is illegal! Though, these COULD work, rarely does anyone actually receive that is promised. You're advised to ignore and move on.
