Easy Broccoli Cheese Casserole Recipe

For some crazy reason, i've decided to invite people over for Thanksgiving dinner!!!  Yikes!!!!  I'm always the one that goes to others celebrations with a small contribution to the meal.  Nope, this year, i'm going to do the whole darn thing myself.  Wish me luck and WISH my fellow celebrants luck!!!

But in my days of bringing something to Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving, my go-to is easy and delicious, broccoli casserole!  It's comfort food at its finest - buttery and full of carbs.

If you're in a pinch, i'm telling you, this is the way to go!

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.  Highly suggest rounder and deeper dish.

Place two 10oz bags of thawed frozen broccoli florets in the casserole dish.

Put cubes of Velveeta cheese over the broccoli.

In a frying pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter (quarter cup).

Take a sleeve of Ritz crackers and crumble.

Put crumbled crackers in the melted butter and stir.

Add buttery crackers to the casserole.

Crumble more cracker crumbs on top of casserole.

Bake for 350.

Act like you slaved for hours over casserole as revelers enjoy!
