I guarantee I have more clutter than you. The struggle is beyond real. It's the worst. But, i'm gonna do something about it. I ran across this awesome life hack i'm going to try immediately. In order to de-clutter and not get overwhelmed, it is suggested we try the FLYLady technique. I nickname this the For the Love Of You technique.
Divide your house into five zones.
Each week this month, tackle ONE zone. Everyday for NO MORE than 15 minutes, set a timer, and declutter away. When 15 minutes is up, stop and re-start tomorrow. If you work for more than 15 minutes, you're likely to get overwhelmed.
