There is a theory that it takes 21 days to estabish a habit. Some experts are now saying it's more like 66 days (three times as much). Anyway, over the past six months, i've transformed a lot of my past bad habits. Experts say one way to establish a habit it to align your healthy habit with a reward. I can attest to this. I have became a regular gym attendee. I workout for an hour at the gym knowing that when I get home, I get to get into a bubble bath, put a face mask on and read a chapter in the latest book i'm reading. Perfection. Put in the work, get the reward. It works! Give it a try!!
