Your Makeup Brushes Could Be Dirtier Than A Toilet Seat

Sorry to add one more chore to your weekend, but it's probably a great idea to clean up those make up brushes. New research finds that 11 out of 12 make up brushes tested are dirtier than a toilet seat! Researchers say the biggest bacteria culprit is your eye shadow brush. They say your foundation brush often has traces of red blood bacteria.

Yuck.

Dirty makeup brushes can, also, be dangerous. You could get a staph infection or pink eye from a dirty makeup brush. Also, all the dirt and oil residue on old brushes can clog your pores and even cause wrinkles! Wash yo brush!
