First, make a list of THREE (only three) things that you are hoping to accomplish in the coming week. Keep the list manageable and you'll easily be able to come up with a plan of action with ease.
Second, don't make it all about what you have to do, reflect on the past week and all of your accomplishments. This will make Sunday more positive and less scary. It keeps a good perspective.
Third, Self-Care is key. Your self-care could be meal prepping healthy meals for the coming week, it could be reading some chapters in a great self-help book.
