Sister Hazel to Headline Des Moines Arts Festival Free Entertainment Lineup

The Des Moines Arts Festival® presented by Nationwide has released the entertainment schedule for the 2023 Festival happening June 23 - 25 in Western Gateway Park in downtown Des Moines.

Sister Hazel and The 502s will headline the Hy-Vee Main Stage with Satsang opening for Sister Hazel. The Roots Stage will feature Buffalo Nichols and Joshua Ray Walker. Other noteworthy performers include B2wins, River City Opry, Health Alan Band, Molly Nova and the Hawks, Penny Peach and The Finesse. View the complete line-up for both stages here.

 The 2023 Festival also features a strong performing arts line-up including strolling street theatre with Roberto the Magnificent and Bill Robison, pop-up entertainment, and performances by the Des Moines Playhouse, Des Moines Breakerz, and Emmett Phillips and Friends Community Showcase.

 All shows are free, as is admission to the Festival. Seating is casual and available on a first-come, first-serve basis; early arrival is encouraged for each night’s headline acts. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome.
