I think we all know someone who has too many things [hi I might be that one person]. We've also all experienced some sort of neighbor-nightmare... but imagine having neighbors with piles of junk EIGHT FEET HIGH covering EVERY INCH OF THEIR YARD.
That happened. For years. Plenty of calls were made... and nothing happened, until now. At least... to the front yard.
