Looks like Disney+ and Hulu could be combining into one app at the end of the year. Disney CEO, Bob Iger, confirmed that their "plan is to roll out a new app that includes content from both services, with users needing separate subscriptions for each platform."
“While we continue to offer Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ as standalone options, this is a logical progression of our DTC offerings that will provide greater opportunities for advertisers, while giving bundle subscribers access to more robust and streamlined content, resulting in greater audience engagement and ultimately leading to a more unified streaming experience,” Iger said during Disney’s fiscal second-quarter earnings call.
Right now you can bundle up Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ at a discounted price so if you have this plan you'll soon be able to watch everything from one spot without having to switch around the different apps. What do you think of having one app that contains Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+? Click here for more.
