New Iowa State Fair Foods

I've been told the Iowa State Fair is something for the bucket lists!  This will be my very first Iowa State Fair and I couldn't be more excited!!!  Adding to the excitement is the Des Moines Register's video about the new foods coming to the fair this year.  How does a pancake taco sound?  How about Cheesey Fried Enchilada Funnel cake?!  Thanksgiving Balls?!  That's got to be delicious!!
