One of my favorite things about losing weight with Weight Watchers (Now WW) was the healthy recipes that they provided. My favorite, that I make with or without being on a weight loss plan, is Turkey Chili. This recipe makes tons of chili and it's very low in fat! Plus, it fills you up!!! I used to live on this five point meal and ended up losing 50 pounds in the process. I figure, with the weather being so cold, it's time to make chili!! And if you're watching your weight, you can bring this to the Superbowl party in lieu of chicken wings.
One of my favorite parts of this recipe is the fact that it uses refried beans. It provides an interesting flavor. You can use plain tomatoes instead of tomatoes with green chilies if you want less spice. I LOVE spice, so I add lots of red pepper and chopped jalapeno peppers. Enjoy!
