Woman Buys Out A Payless Shoe Store To Help Flood Victims

Great story about humanity! A Kansas woman cut a deal with a Payless Shoes Source that was closing. The shoe store had about 200 pairs of shoes left until it closed for good. She offered to buy them all and donate the shoes to Nebraska flood victims. They took the deal and gave her all the shoes for $100, they would have retailed for $5,000.
