I had a friend in town last weekend. As we were walking around Des Moines, we noticed the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. Unfortunately, watching it from afar was about as close as we got to it. However, I have learned since, if we travel to Chicago the weekend of August 1 - 3, we can rent it out as an Air BnB for the evening. This is the same weekend as Lollapalooza. So, basically, if you're headed to Chicago for Lolla, then look into this as a lodging option!
You can't rent this until Wednesday and you must have favorable reviews in your Air BNB profile to be eligible. The rent is $136 per night plus taxes. The fridge comes stocked with Oscar Meyer Wieners and an Oscar Meyer roller grill you can keep! The price is worth it just for the cool Instagram pics that will be created!
