There is a farm in upstate New York that recognizes the benefits that cow-human interaction can have for both. Cow cuddling is offered at the Mountain House Farm. For $75, you and up to three others can spend time cuddling with cows. The owner says you will be surprised to find how smart and funny cows are. They respond to their own names. Once they trust you, they will let you cuddle with them.
Honestly, cows are among my favorite parts of the Iowa State Fair. I could totally be down with cuddling with a bovine.
