Every day it seems there is a new story in the news about a horrendous vaping related death. At the advent of vaping, it seemed that it was a less dangerous alternative to smoking. It's not safe. It's not something you should start doing and it's not that cool.
The Iowa Department of Public Health is starting a new program to assist teens in quitting vaping. It's called My Life, My Quit. If you want to quit vaping (and you should), they encourage you to TEXT "Start My Quit" to 855-891-9989.
