We've been hearing about these hologram tours for years and now it seems that one is actually going to happen! The estate of Whitney Houston have announced that tickets for "An Evening with Whitney: the Whitney Houston Hologram Tour" will go on sale this Friday! The first shows will be in Europe with stops expected in North America in 2020. A state of the art Whitney Houston hologram will be backed with a live band, dancers and back up singers. "Dream Girls" choreographer Fatima Robinson will handle the choreography and staging.
In the past there had been talk of hologram tours of the late Tejano singer Selena and Tupac Shakur. Neither of those projects ever came to fruition.
