An Icelandic hotel, Hotel Ranga, is offering a free one night stay to women who propose on "Leap Day," February 29th! They want women to "Take the Leap!" The hotel offers scenic spots to propose like a waterfall. The proposal stay will include champagne, breakfast and chocolate covered strawberries. There is even an observatory that fits 30 people to celebrate by viewing the Northern Lights. You can also sit in a hot tub while gazing up at the Northern Lights!
