Curious about meditation? I challenge you to start today. I used to be skeptical about it. . . until I tried it. As you may know, if you do something for 21 days straight, it becomes habit. The free meditations are only free for 26 days. Beyond that, they go on sale for $40 - $60. You really do get a great value with these meditations.
