Motivation Minute

While in isolation, did your former good habits slip by the wayside? You know you're not alone. It's been a crazy time, and a bored time, and a stressful time. Many of us eat our emotions. It's ok. But one day soon, we'll get back to a routine where we can leave our homes and gather with our loved ones again. And get back to living our best lives. If the fact that you've neglected working out and nutrition are bumming you out, here are a couple of pieces of motivation to help you out. Baby steps.

Start back slowly. Just like our world is re-opening slowly, start yourself back to life... slowly.

Set a goal to have a piece of fruit or a vegetable with every meal for the next week.

Get out of the house everyday to take a walk. Walk before you run.

Alternate your wine with glasses of water.

Try to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.

You are not alone . We really are all in this together and we'll get back on track together!
