And who says 2020 is a total wash?? The Iowa State Fair has announced that Barksdale cookie dough will be available for purchase this holiday season. So, yes, over the holidays, your home can smell like Barksdale cookies. Better yet, you can taste those delicious cookies at home!
How? Between now and midnight on Thursday, November 12th, you can place an order for a $10 bag of Barksdale Cookie Dough at Iowastatefair.org. Each bag contains pre-portioned cookie dough to make 36 cookies.
Unfortunately, the dough can't be shipped nationwide. You will have to pick your order up on Saturday, December 12th from the new Barksdale Cookie Building on the Iowa State Fairgrounds between 8am and 5pm.
