You're bored in the house, in the house bored. What do you do? Run to the fridge to make a snack? A lot of us would say that's true. Some fitness experts say that we should try exercise snacking! What is exercise snacking? Quick, little breaks for exercise! Not like a full fledge exercise sesh, but more of a "snack." They say every couple hours we should take a walk for a couple minutes or climb three flights of stairs or even pull up a yoga flow on You Tube.
According to an article in the New York Times, exercise snacking several times a day can lead to meaningful gains in overall health and fitness. I hope all my dancing in the studio and in my living room is helping with SOMETHING!
