Carl Ray gave these handy tips to Good Morning America. First things first, Carl says exfolliate and moisturize your lips. I think we can all agree this Winter has wreaked havoc on our skin! We know that those little pieces of hanging lip skin cause lots of problems on face masks and teeth - leaving color everywhere we don't want them.
Next, apply a lip primer, lip liner and color, then blot. Then repeat.
Here's the money tip... Now, apply a one ply thin tissue over your lips then dust some translucent powder over the tissue. Put on face mask. Lipstick won't transfer to your mask now!
