We love Sylvia Koss! Sylvia Koss was once an employee of iHeartMedia/Des Moines. Now, she's helping the world one pizza at a time. Sylvia turned 30 in December and wanted to have a big milestone birthday party. COVID had other plans. Instead, she decided to use her milestone birthday as a way to give back. She started a fundraiser on her Facebook Page. She was looking to raise enough money to provide 30 pizzas for healthcare workers who have been dealing with COVID-19 day in and day out. She thought they deserved to have a little fun like a pizza party! What happened next way exceeded 30 pizzas. She raised enough money to provide 32 pizzas to FIVE different hospitals with $350 for a sixth hospital to have a pizza party! Woo hoo!
