Know anyone who goes to Mizzou? Actor Taye Diggs is joining Mizzou's Theatre Department this Spring as an Artist in Residence! According to the Missourian, Taye Diggs will assist students taking musical theatre classes as a new minor. He will spend time with students in advanced musical theatre classes and other theatre settings.
Taye Diggs is known for his work on stage, television and in movies. He appeared on Broadway in "Rent," originating the role of landlord Benny and later appeared in a 2005 television adaption. He appeared on TV in "Private Practice," and on-screen in movies like "How Stella Got Her Groove Back."
