Director Kevin Smith is bringing his pop-up concept, Mooby's, to East Village at the end of the month! Mooby's is a fictionalized restaurant frequented by his characters Jay and Silent Bob in the movies "Clerks II," "Dogma," and "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back." The Pop-Up Mooby's will be at Up/Down in East Village from March 31st through April 7th. You can pre-order tickets for this event and get on the mailing list for more info at the Mooby's pop-up website moobyspopup.com.
Tickets for this pop-up event go on-sale this Monday, March 15th at 10am. According to the Des Moines Register, the menu for the Des Moines event hasn't been released yet, but in the past, the meal consists of a Moo Main and a Salt Lick Side and costs $29. There will probably be some vegan items, too.
