Iowa nice is for real, yo! Here's another example, Steve and Sandy Rohrer flew from Des Moines to Cancun on March 14th. They had a layover in Houston. When they were leaving the plane, they noticed someone was frantically searching for something. When they asked if they could help, they were told that the woman had lost her diamond earring. They looked around their seats and couldn't find it. When the Rohrers got to Cancun, their son picked up his backpack and noticed the diamond earring was stuck to the bottom. The Rohrers are now trying to find the owner of the earring. They contacted the airline, but they weren't able to help.
They've now taken to social media. Sandy Rohrer posted a picture of the family with the story in hopes that it gets shared and the earring gets returned! As of this afternoon, the post has been shared over 500 times. Oh, Iowa, you're just so nice.
