May is Egg Month. I figured for today's Life Hack Wednesday, I would have to do something eggggggciting. Did you know you can make hard "boiled" eggs in the oven without boiling water? You can! It's totally easy!!!!
First, pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees. Put a dozen eggs in a muffin tin. When the oven is ready, put the eggs in the muffin tin in for 30 minutes. Fill a large bowl with ice water. Put the hot eggs in the cold water to stop them from cooking for about ten minutes. Voila, you've now got yourself perfect hard boiled eggs!!!
