First of all, focus on good posture. You will feel better if you're sitting up straight and so will your body.
Make sure your monitor is set up at eye line, so you're not straining your neck by looking up or down as I type looking down at my laptop.
Get up and walk around every 20 to 30 minutes . Better yet, if you have the time, get outside and walk around and breathe in fresh air every so often.
Drink water, stay hydrated all day.
Make sure that snack drawer is full of healthy snacks, not junk food.
Think about getting a standing desk.
