Cedar Rapids native Ashton Kutcher and his wife, Mila Kunis, revealed on Dax Shepard's "Armchair Expert" podcast that their family isn't big into bathing. Bathing too much can strip our skin of its natural oils. Ashton says he washes his armpits and crotch daily, but that's about it. He says he will wash salts off his face after sweating. Their rule with their children is if there is visible dirt, wash it off, but that's the extent of bathing their kids.
Mila says she didn't grow up with hot water, so she's never showered a lot. She says she washes her face twice a day.
