Did you wake up excited this morning for a new day, new week, new month??? Or did you wake up feeling exhausted, wishing the weekend was longer and already drained? If you answered the latter, it may be time to revamp your morning routine. Experts say the way you start your day sets the tone for the rest of the day. We already know we shouldn't check our email first thing, we shouldn't doomscroll. Experts say if you're waking up exhausted, waking up drained, unproductive or/and not excited, it's time for a new morning routine.
Instead, it's time to make yourself and your self-care priority in the morning. Start planning to have a better morning. Maybe you would stop snoozing and start waking up earlier if you were waking up earlier to do something for YOU. Schedule some journaling in the morning, meditation, a short workout, a face mask.
