Yummy!!!! A Black Owned, Des Moines based coffee company, BLK and BOLD, is teaming up with Ben & Jerry's. The always socially conscious B&J have created a new flavor called "Change Is Brewing," it's Cold Brew Coffee with Marshmellow and fudge pieces. How good does this sound?!
The Cold Brew coffee is from, you guessed it, BLK and BOLD, out of Des Moines!!! Proceeds from the ice cream will go to organizations that are working on public safety initiatives in the U. S.
BLK and BOLD is socially conscious coffee that was started by two Des Moines friends, Pernell Cezar and Rod Johnson. Proceeds of their coffee, which you can find locally at Hy-Vee, Target and Amazon, go to programs that help at-risk children in Iowa and around the country.
