There could never be too many Mexican restaurants, amirite?! If you've been to Fiesta Jalapenos in Ankeny, you know how fun it is. Fiesta Jalapenos is expanding across the metro. Earlier this month, it opened a location in Indianola. Next year, locations in Waukee and Downtown's East Village will have Fiesta Jalapeno restaurants!! I mean, that's enough to declare 2022 a great year, the expansion of our Taco Tuesday options!
Fiesta Jalapeno is all about celebrating authentic Mexican traditions, including Las Posadas, which is a Christmas holiday in Mexico. One night between December 16 and 24, the restaurants current locations plan on giving away free food and drinks to thank customers for 5 hours!
