The owners of the Gentle Barn want people to know that turkeys are highly affectionate animals who love music, love to be told they are handsome and have a highly developed language. They are asking for people to become Turkey guardians this Thanksgiving for $35 per turkey or $150 for the flock of 5 turkeys. Each guardian will receive a certificate and if you're near one of the Gentle Barn locations, you can visit the turkeys.
