A 16 year old girl from North Carolina traveling with a 61 year old man signaled to passing drivers that she was in trouble. While the pair was driving through Kentucky, she was using hand gestures that on Tik Tok signal domestic violence or i'm in trouble. A caller called 911 and alerted authorities who pulled the vehicle over.
The girl had been reported missing last week by her family.
Apparently the man had brought the teen to one of his family member's homes in Ohio and they realized that the girl was only 16 and missing, so he took off with her.
The man was arrested on multiple charges.
