January 19th Is The Day We Give Up On Resolutions, But You Don't Have To

January 19th is the day they say most people give up their New Year's Resolutions. I'm here to tell you not to give up! I've lost 47 pounds since the end of September working with Profile By Sanford!!!! What i've learned is that in order to be successfu, you have to make YOU a priority. You can't wing it, you have to plan ahead.

I bring luggage with me when I leave my home.

I wake up and prepare a midmorning snack (pancakes), lunch (veggies and protein) along with protein bars, healthy snacks and a bottle for lots of water. It's super important for me to bring my gym bag to work to make sure I hit the gym after work. I'm not a morning person and can't get it together to get to the gym early.
