Good news! Our newest obsession, Wordle, is good for our mental health! For one thing, it's great exercise for your brain and it's extremely important to exercise our brains daily. As we age, if we don't use it, we lose it!
And Wordle only allows you one new game per day, so it's not a huge time suck like scrolling through social media can be.
