Motivation Monday Minute: Healthy Eating Tips For A New Week

I've been very open about my weight loss journey. Thanks to a lot of determination, some discipline and planning, and Profile By Sanford, i've lost almost 55 pounds since September!!! I get asked a lot what I eat and a lot of people explain that they are emotional eaters. Am I ever an emotional eater!!!!

Here are some tips to eating better.... for weight loss. Moderate protein, moderate healthy fats, low carb, and lots of veggies and water!

I eat a minimum of four cups of vegetables every day with a mixture of raw and cooked vegetables. Also, I drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water everyday.

If you make vegetable consumption a priority and getting your water in, you will find that you're not as ravenously hungry.

My staple are bags of cauliflower rice. I keep many in my freezer at all times and, most nights, pop a bag in the microwave. I will add a protein, some other veggies and sometimes a low carb sauce on top. Easy, filling, nutritious dinner. Watch what happens when you start putting nutritious foods into your body! The changes won't just be weight loss, but your skin will improve, your mental clarity and on and on! Let's get it!
