Everything is more expensive these days!!! Wal-mart is hoping to cushion the blow of rising prices with more rollbacks. If you shop at Wal-Mart, you know that a rollback is a temporary price reduction. Wal-mart creates rollback pricing when they have excess of a product and can get cheaper prices from manufacturers. With everything going on in the world, there were less rollbacks last quarter, but expect that to change!
Wal-mart will continue to keep prices competitive with their Everyday Low Prices on goods.
