Eat this, not that is out with their list of the most unhealthy fast food items! I've been very open about my weight loss journey the past five months. I have been very conscious about reading nutrition labels. I am almost stunned at the nutrition content of number one on the list... Burger King's Spicy Ch'King Deluxe Sandwich. This sandwich has 149 grams of fat, 1,499 calories and 4,755 mg of sodium!!! For a little persepctive, nutrition guidelines find that you should not exceed half that sodium content in a day!
I love me a Popeye's Chicken Sandwich, it's a much better option. There are 700 calories and 42 grams of fat in that sandwich.
As a general rule, if you're going to use up all the nutrition value you should get for a day in one food item, it's probably not going to be a great choice.
