Anyone else struck with that, "The weather is warming up, now is the time to get the fitness together?" I'm absolutely not qualified to give you fitness advice, but I have managed to lose 62 pounds in less than 6 months and, along with nutrition and lifestyle change, fitness has been a big part of it. The best advice I can give you, is find the thing that you ENJOY. When you feel like you're playing (there are studies on this) and not working, it doesn't feel ike work, but you can still reap the benefits. If tennis is your thing, go out and find people to play with! For me, it's Cardio Dance. I have managed to find enough dance/aerobics classes to fill my calendar. It doesn't feel like i'm working out like it does when i'm on a treadmill or elliptical machine. It's fun and I come back for more... even during the time change!
