The age old question, is it better to workout at night or in the morning! New research has an answer! Researchers took a look at a group of people who worked out before 8:30am and those that worked out between 6pm and 8pm. What they found was that there was more belly fat loss and an improvement in blood pressure among those that worked out in the morning, especially for women.
If you're trying to build muscle and feel better overall, the study found that working out in the evening was best to achieve those goals.
At the end of the day, get it in where you can, right?!
