Monday Motivation Minute: Tips To Get Your Daily Water Intake Up

If ever there was a week to focus on increasing your water intake, this is the week. It's hot. Hydrate!

Here are some expert tips:

  1. Get One of those jugs that keeps track of how much water you're drinking (with the times)
  2. Start your day with a glass of water. Helps kickstart your metabolism.
  3. Sparkling water is fine. It still counts as water.
  4. Infuse. Add some fresh fruit and/or veggies (tis the season - farmer's market anyone?)
  5. Get fancy ice cubes. Make some ice cubes with fruit for a fun addition to your drinks (see infuse)

No matter how it works out, make sure you really are hydrating this week!!!!
