If ever there was a week to focus on increasing your water intake, this is the week. It's hot. Hydrate!
Here are some expert tips:
- Get One of those jugs that keeps track of how much water you're drinking (with the times)
- Start your day with a glass of water. Helps kickstart your metabolism.
- Sparkling water is fine. It still counts as water.
- Infuse. Add some fresh fruit and/or veggies (tis the season - farmer's market anyone?)
- Get fancy ice cubes. Make some ice cubes with fruit for a fun addition to your drinks (see infuse)
No matter how it works out, make sure you really are hydrating this week!!!!
