- Write a letter to the teacher. Get with your child and write a letter to your child's teacher with them so the teacher can get to know them better. Have your child explain their interests to the teacher.
- Encourage Your child to ask questions. If they get in the habit of asking questions, they will be set up for success.
- Ask deeper questions about your child's day. When they get home, don't ask them "how was your day," ask stuff like "what challenged you today," "what made you feel great?"
