Des Moines Area Holiday Events Are Starting

There is snow on the ground now, and if that doesn't have you feeling the holidays, maybe the fact that a lot of Des Moines' holiday events are starting this week.

Jingle in the Junction in Valley Junction starts this Thursday and carries on through Mid-December on Thursdays.

The East Village Holiday Promenade kicks off this Friday in East Village and will take place every Friday evening in East Village through Mid-December.

The Holiday Hullaballoo that benefits Dorothy's House will happen every Friday - Sunday at Horizon Events Center from November 25 through December 31. There will be family an kid-friendly activities during the day, but will turn to an adult only ice bar in the evening.
