A Kansas City woman spent a bunch of money at Walmart preparing for the holidays. She spent over $500. When she went to check her bank statement, the amount charged was over $1000. She took her concern to the NextDoor app and more people reported having the same issue.
Walmart admits that on December 5, there was a glitch with their credit and debit transitions and some customer may have been double charged. They assure everyone that the money will be refunded to their accounts.
